Lamb and mutton are produced from two flocks, Texel/Lleyn crossed sheep and rare breed Soay sheep. Sufficient hay is cut to feed the sheep through winter with supplementary organic concentrated feed bought in locally. The care of the livestock and land is governed by organic standards but, in addition, the animals are identified individually and have large open acreages in which to roam.
