A new and innovative partnership between four local organic farms in the Clun Forest producing certified livestock. A group of like minded farmers who all live and work in the beautiful Shropshire Hills have come together to provide an exciting range of organic meats including lamb, beef and mutton. All livestock is reared on natural clover and herbal pastures and the meat is hung for one to three weeks depending on the animal to develop its distinctive and delicate flavours.
