Organic meat availability: March

March is the month for lambing, so in between all the markets the farmers will all be very busy. However we welcome the opportunity to get our hands on some of Trevor's wonderfully flavorsome Highland beef - available from the 20th at Bishops Castle and then also at Ludlow on the 25th along with Hebridean Hoggat and Mutton. Catherine from Pentre farm will be making an appearance at Ludlow Farmers market tomorrow 11th, with some of her lovely Soay Lamb. To avoid disappointment it is possible to make a meat order and collect it from the market either by emailing or phoning the farmer directly. It is also possible to collect meat direct from the farm or arrange a convenient drop off and collection point.
