Good
for you
Good for our animals Good for the environment

A group of like minded farmers who all live and work in the beautiful Shropshire Hills have come together to provide an exciting range of organic meats including lamb, beef and mutton.

All livestock is reared on natural clover and herbal pastures and the meat is hung for one to three weeks depending on the animal to develop its distinctive and delicate flavours.

Meet our organic farmers...

Pentre Farm was converted to organic production over ten years ago. It is an upland farm with some river-side meadows.

Brynmawr Farm is a 217 acre organic mixed hill farm. Producing traditional breed beef cattle and sheep, including Highland and Hereford cattle and Hebridean sheep.

Hopesay Glebe Farm is a family run organic smallholding among the hills of South Shropshire in the Clun Forest. We produce a range of seasonal organic vegetables.

Cow Hall is a 130 acre mixed hill farm in the Clun Forest, Shropshire farmed by the same family for four generations.
